Time & Refunds:★My eta for commissions is 1-4 months, i will be sending wips before the lineart phase. if you’d like more wips provided please let me know!★If you need your commission by a certain date, please let me know upon purchase, a small fee may be added to push you to the front of the queue. Rush fees will be available at all times.★If i fail to complete your commission before the 4 months, you’re allowed to request a refund, depending how much work was done will result how much i refund you. This is case by case and if a refund is needed before the eta, please communicate with me and i’ll accommodate as best as i can.★i work a full time and part time job outside of art, my artwork days consist of Mondays-Wednesdays, if i’m lucky i'm able to work on something outside of that time frame. because of this please be patient with me and my response times to inquiries or wips! thank you!★You must read through and check
the box on the google forms document provided, i will not be starting the commission unless i have that submitted. this is for both seller and buyer protection.★I will not be offering refunds due to failure of reading my TOS, however.

Artwork Rights:★My art is not to be used for NFTs, training AI, or used commercially under ANY circumstances, this is non negotiable and you will be blocked and blacklisted from purchasing from me in the future if i find out this is broken. i have zero tolerance for art thieves.★You may repost the artwork however credit to me is not optional, please credit me correctly.
You may NOT edit the commissioned work under any circumstances (this includes changing colors, adding/getting rid of things, etc)Adopts, Payment plans, & Holds:★You are free to do whatever you wish with the design upon purchase, all i ask is feral nsfw art is not to be made of any of my feral designs, while i cannot stop you from doing so i will block as it is in my dni.★you MUST have a TH to own one of my designs, i can provide a code if you don’t already have an account.
I will not require authorization to see my designs, but it is heavily appreciated!★you may redesign, make siblings, take inspo as you please upon purchase, all i ask is no exact twins be made and sold off, thank you.★Regarding the resale of ocs i will no longer be doing holds, this is non negotiable.★Payment plans now require a non refundable down payment of 25% of the character's worth. if you cannot complete the payment plan you will not be returned that 25%.Other:★You have an infinite amount of requested changes BEFORE the lineart stage, after the lineart is complete after 3 minor changes i will charge extra for any change. this does not include colors for a custom, those will NOT be charged extra.★Unless the commission type is a custom/reference i NEED a clear, colored reference of the character, i will not take descriptions or traditional art.★you must be 18+ to commission me as that is the TOS of all payment apps, if i find out you’re underage you will be refunded and blocked immediately for crossing this boundary. you may pay through a friend who is not a minor, but the person sending me the money must be over the age of 18. it is NOT my job to verify your age upon purchase, by submitting the google form you are agreeing to my TOS and by extension confirming you are of legal age.
